Ryan B.

Ryan B. has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Ryan started their career as a Design Engineer at Webex, Inc., where they designed idlers and heat transfer rolls. Ryan then joined Enerpac as a Product Engineer, utilizing CAD software programs for design validation and providing engineering assistance across departments. Ryan later became a Senior Product Engineer at Enerpac, where they calculated failure modes, managed co-op engineers, and developed test procedures. Ryan eventually became the Sustaining Engineering Team Lead at Enerpac, managing a team, setting goals, and recruiting new members. In their most recent role as a Senior Product Engineer/Sustaining Lead at Enerpac, they managed a cross-functional team and implemented cost-saving projects, resulting in significant savings for the company.

Ryan B. attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2004 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. After completing their degree, in April 2010, Ryan obtained the Certification of Engineer in Training (EIT) from the NCEES institution.
