Richard Kowalchuk B. Mgt has extensive experience in various roles, starting as a Branch Administrator at ATB Financial in 1992, where they successfully managed administration and implemented sales and audit processes to increase revenue and reduce costs. In 1996, they joined CIBC Wood Gundy as a Vice President and Investment Advisor, where they developed and managed a portfolio over $120 million, consistently ranking in the top 25% for production and revenue. In 2010, they became self-employed as a Consultant, providing expertise in developing business plans, expansion strategies, and financial modeling, and assisting companies with liquidation, employee group buyouts, and transition strategies. Since 2011, they have been working at EnerStar Solutions, initially serving as the Special Projects manager, involved in new start-up innovations and property development, as well as forecasting and budgeting growth opportunities. Subsequently, they became the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the strategic long-term operations of the company, including developing acquisitions to grow the company in the energy service field and integrating those acquisitions into EnerStar Rentals and Services.

Richard Kowalchuk B. Mgt attended Peace River High School from 1983 to 1986. Richard then proceeded to pursue their higher education at The University of Lethbridge from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a degree in Management with a focus on Marketing and Finance.
