Farzan Tarak

Farzan Tarak has extensive work experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on thermal and stress analysis, mechanical design, and system optimization. Farzan has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. At EnerSys, they are currently a Lead Mechanical Engineer, responsible for performing mechanical design and thermal analysis for electronic and systems engineering. Prior to that, Farzan worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at EnerSys, specializing in battery thermal modeling and simulation as well as new system design and development. Before joining EnerSys, they were a Mechanical Engineer at CEWA Technologies, Inc., where they conducted research and design for concentrating solar power and photo-voltaic systems. Farzan also has experience as a mechanical design engineer in both Jam Works LLC. Robotic Solutions and Keystone Automation Inc., where they worked on automation systems and machine design. Farzan started their career as a Project Engineer at Azarkhak Ind. Group, managing various mining and cement industry projects. Farzan also worked as a Project Engineer at Sadid Jahan Sanat and held the role of Technical Manager & Production Manager at Dezhfelez Co. Farzan's work experience spans over 20 years, showcasing their expertise and versatility in the field of mechanical engineering.

Farzan Tarak holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from Lehigh University. Farzan attended Lehigh University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Islamic Azad University, where they studied from 1993 to 1999. Farzan Tarak has also obtained various certifications including "Abaqus/Explicit - Advanced Topics" and "Introduction to Abaqus" from Dassault Systèmes in March 2021, as well as the "MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional)" certification from Microsoft in October 2001.
