Greg Ralston

Greg Ralston is an operational excellence and process improvement leader with over 15 years of experience in enhancing organizational processes and achieving strategic goals. They have worked closely with senior leaders across various organizations, including Boeing Aerostructures Australia, Moreland City Council, and REA Group, to implement Lean principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Currently, they serve as the EOS Manager at EnerSys and have recently held roles such as Process Improvement Consultant and Organisational Development Consultant. Greg earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with Honours from The Australian National University.
