John Paxton

John Paxton is an accomplished logistics and warehouse professional with extensive experience in management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Warehouse and Shipping Manager at EnerSys since May 2023, John previously held the position of Distribution Supervisor at Catalent Pharma Solutions, overseeing daily operations of the Distribution Group and collaborating with internal and external clients. Prior roles include Warehouse Supervisor at EnerSys Full / Power Solutions and Inventory Manager at XPO Logistics, where John managed inventory levels for a large government site. John’s background includes significant experience in the United States Air Force, where critical logistics and transportation operations were managed. John holds a BSBA in Logistics from Trident University International and an Associate’s degree in Transportation from the Community College of the Air Force.
