Katarzyna Rylko

Katarzyna Rylko is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years of expertise in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at EnerSys since 2015, Katarzyna has previously held the same position at Hutchinson from December 2007 to August 2015. This role involved developing HR policies and managing recruitment, training, and communication processes.
