Lesley McDonald

Lesley McDonald currently serves as the Senior Budget & Forecast Manager at EnerSys, having transitioned to this role in December 2023. Prior to this, Lesley held various positions at FedEx, including Finance Manager and Financial Advisor, with significant responsibilities in capital forecasting, depreciation expense analysis, and team leadership for financial planning. Notable achievements include developing streamlined forecasting models and managing quarterly profit updates by collaborating with international teams. Lesley has also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Mississippi, focusing on research related to the 2007-2009 financial crisis, and as a Bookkeeper at Boudreaux & Quatroy CPA, where responsibilities included managing accounts and preparing financial statements.
