Matthew Hunt

Matthew Hunt, MBA, serves as the Sr. Lean Transformation Manager at EnerSys, where responsibilities include coaching and implementing continuous improvement across multiple plants. Previously, at The Diez Group, Matthew held the roles of Plant Manager and Plant Quality Manager, launching two press lines and establishing quality procedures. Matthew's extensive experience at Ford Motor Company encompassed various management positions, including Stamping Team Manager and Senior Production MPS, overseeing numerous supervisors and hourly employees. Additionally, Matthew contributed to the Kearney R1 School District as the youngest elected School Board Member in Kearney's history. Matthew holds an MBA in Quality and Innovation Management from Park University and a Bachelor of Science from Missouri Western State University.
