Nabilah Shaffii

Nabilah Shaffii is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner for the APAC region at EnerSys since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nabilah worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist and a People Operations Specialist at Flexiroam from December 2021 to January 2023. Nabilah's career also includes a position as a Senior Associate in HR Operations at DHL and an Executive in Human Resources at Star Media Group Berhad, focusing on Performance & Rewards. Earlier experience includes roles as an Admin Assistant cum Receptionist and Research Assistant at the International Islamic University Malaysia. Nabilah holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Putra Business School and a Bachelor of Human Sciences (Honors) in Political Science from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
