Zachariel Silva has a diverse work experience in manufacturing and production roles. Zachariel started at MACOR DE MEXICO as a Prácticas de ingeniería intern, where they gained practical engineering experience. Zachariel then moved up to the role of Coordinador de Producción, where they were responsible for production coordination and inventory management. After that, they worked as an Ingeniero Jr., where they handled document control, made engineering changes, and supported supervisors with drawings and audits.
Later, Zachariel joined Plásticos Técnicos Mexicanos as a Supervisor de Producción, overseeing production schedules and ensuring adherence to specifications. Zachariel then joined DENSO, starting as Jefe de Grupo where they managed two production lines with a team of 35 people. Zachariel was later promoted to Jefe de Grupo Avanzado and then Jefe de Producción, in charge of larger production departments and responsible for various indicators.
Most recently, Zachariel has been working at Lean Kaiketsu as a Consultor en Sistemas de Manufactura, providing consulting services in manufacturing systems.
Currently, they are at EnerSys as a Manufacturing Chief, responsible for key performance indicators of the plant, management of human capital and resources, and ensuring the fulfillment of KPIs with a team of approximately 180 people.
Throughout their career, Zachariel Silva has gained expertise in production management, KPI monitoring, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Zachariel Silva completed their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing Systems from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Automation Engineering from the same university, completing it from 2006 to 2012.
In addition to their formal education, Zachariel Silva has obtained several certifications. Zachariel achieved TPS Levels 4 and 5 from ASEMEJA HOKUTŌ KYŌKAI in October 2022 and August 2022 respectively. Zachariel also obtained the Black Belt certification from LEAN SIX SIGMA INTERNATIONAL in June 2022 and the Green Belt certification from INTERNATIONAL LEAN SIX SIGMA in May 2022.
