Lou Jans

Lou Jans has work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career as a Telecom Engineer at CreativeOne in 2012 and worked in this role until 2015. They then joined Tein Technology as a Technical Support employee from 2015 to 2016. After that, they returned to CreativeOne, where they served as a Senior Project/Support Engineer from 2016 to 2021. In January 2021, they became a Product Manager in the same company but transitioned to the role of Field Application Engineer at Enervalis in April 2021.

Lou Jans completed a Bachelor's degree in Netwerkbeheer at Erasmushogeschool Brussel, which was completed before 2012. Additionally, Lou Jans obtained several additional certifications including 3CX Advanced Certified Engineer v16 from 3CX in July 2020, 3CX Basic Certified Engineer v16 from 3CX in April 2018, 3CX Intermediate Certified Engineer v16 from 3CX in April 2018, Nice Trading Recording from NICE Systems in July 2015, Nice Interaction Management 4.1 - Fundamentals Parts 1&2 from NICE Systems in June 2015, NSE 1 from Fortinet in September 2020, and NSE 2 from Fortinet in September 2020.
