Tom J. Winstel

Tom J. Winstel has extensive work experience in the field of facilities services and HVAC/R. Tom J. started their career in 1986 as the President and CEO of Enervise, LLC. In the same year, they also became the President and CEO of Engineering Excellence, Inc. Including National Accounts, LLC. At Engineering Excellence, they led a multifaceted organization that provided various facilities services to building owners in the Midwest and National Accounts across the United States and Canada. Tom J.'sresponsibilities included HVAC/R planned maintenance, 24/7 service, building automation, and controls integration, equipment retrofits, energy benchmarking, and delivering energy savings projects. Tom held this position until 2014.

Tom J. Winstel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a major in Finance from Miami University from 1982 to 1986. Prior to that, they attended St. Xavier High School. Additionally, they hold various certifications including CEM - Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers, Kentucky master HVAC contractor from the Kentucky department of housing, buildings and construction, and Ohio HVAC, Hydronics, and Refrigeration Licenses from OCILB - Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board.
