Gilberto Cordóva Espinosa started their work experience in 2013 as a Supervisor of projects at Pozos y Bombas S.A de C.V. Gilberto was responsible for monitoring projects, analyzing technical-economic profitability, and supervising various aspects of construction. In 2014, they moved on to Promotora Energética E3 S.A de C.V. as an Engineer, where they planned and executed energy-related projects, led engineering development for industrial process plants, and provided solutions to energy sector problems. In 2017, they joined Diarc Arquitectos as a Project Coordinator, managing activities for the TANKFARM project at BMW plant and coordinating subcontracted services. Gilberto then transitioned to Neomexicana, where they served as a Business Developer for natural gas, handling problem-solving, project coordination, and updating the Commercial Network. Gilberto's most recent role was as the VP of Sales LNG at Enestas, S.A. de C.V. starting in 2018.

Gilberto Cordóva Espinosa has a diverse education history. In 2005, they began studying at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Project Management and Energy. Gilberto completed this degree in 2012.

In 2014, Gilberto attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed a Diploma in Project Management: Preparation for the PMP® Certification Exam. This program enhanced their knowledge and skills in project management.

In 2016, Gilberto furthered their studies in Mechanical Engineering by attending Neopetrol. Here, they completed a program on Design, Fabrication, Inspection, and Maintenance of Gas Pipelines under the ASME B31.8 and B31.8S standards.

In 2017, Gilberto attended Intergraph México, where they focused on analyzing stresses in pipelines using CAESAR II, further deepening their expertise in Mechanical Engineering.

Through these educational experiences, Gilberto Cordóva Espinosa has acquired a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management, with a particular emphasis on pipeline design, fabrication, and project analysis.
