Jaime C. Morales V has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked at Grupo Kaltex as the Group Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors until March 2022. During their time there, they achieved notable accomplishments such as placing a local bond in Colombia and leading negotiations for acquisitions, including Grupo Milano/Melody and convenience stores "Extra". In 2014, they also led negotiations for the acquisition of convenience stores "Extra" from grupo Modelo, becoming the third largest chain in Mexico. Additionally, they served on the boards of Circle K, Coltejer SA, and Grupo Milano. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Independent Board Member and President of the Audit Committee at CREDITO AMIGO / GRUPO FINMART. Currently, they hold the position of Group CFO at ÉNESTAS and works as an Advisor for Energy and Water Development Corp. as well as Confexsa.
Jaime C. Morales V has a diverse education history. JAIME C. obtained an MBA in Finance from the Business School (CIESM) between 1983 and 1985. In 2014, they received a membership in Finance from the National Council American Executives. Prior to that, between 1977 and 1981, they attended Clark University and earned a B.A degree in Double Major Economics and International Relations. JAIME C. also holds a High School Diploma with a Military Training Certificate from Howe Military Academy, which they received from 1973 to 1977. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma certification from The Dow Chemical Company in 2006.
