Davor Svilar

Davor Svilar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Davor started their career in 2004 as a Sales Manager and after service support engineer at Altom Plus doo. Davor then worked as a Sales Manager and Project Manager for Operative Lease at VB LEASING SK (Volksbank Group) from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2012, Davor served as the Regional Director Of Sales And Marketing at Korkovado doo. Davor then joined Eurobank ad Beograd as a Business Development Manager from 2012 to 2015.

In 2016, Davor took on roles as a Scrum Master/Shadow Product Owner and later as a Scrum Master/Product Owner at Summa Communications. Davor also worked as a Project and Analyst Expert/Scrum Master for e-banking and m-banking solutions at Société Générale in 2017. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Product Owner responsible for mobile products at United.Cloud. Davor then worked as an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master for TAP product at Bioclinica from 2019 to 2020.

In 2020, they held roles as an Agile Project Manager/Product Owner/Scrum Master at Upwork before joining EneTel Solutions d.o.o. as a Project Manager/CSPO/CSM.

Throughout their career, Davor has been involved in project management, agile methodologies, product ownership, and scrum mastering. Davor is known for their goal-driven mindset, commitment to delivering high-quality products, and effective communication with stakeholders and development teams.

Davor Svilar began their education at the 10th Belgrade high school in 1989 and completed their Degree in natural sciences and mathematics in 2003. From 1993 to 2004, they attended the Mechanical University in Belgrade, where they earned a B. Sci. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Their field of study at the university was the chair of material handling as a construction department.

In addition to their formal education, Davor Svilar has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In November 2015, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance, followed by achieving the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the same institution in November 2016. Davor also pursued professional development in various areas, acquiring qualifications such as Agile Project Management - Advanced SCRUM from Udemy, Learning Azure DevOps, Business Analysis Foundations, Microsoft Teams Essential Training, Programming Foundations: APIs and Web Services, Agile Foundations, Executive Leadership, JIRA Software: Advanced Administration, Jira Software Essentials, and Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn.
