István Kozma

István Kozma has over 20 years of experience in the software development industry. In 2001, they began their career as a Software Developer and Team Leader at Prodigy Technologies. In 2002, they joined Allianz Tiriac Asigurari S.A. as a Senior .NET Developer. In 2006, they founded Enetix Software, where they served as the CEO, specializing in customized business and web-based solutions. In 2009, they co-founded PIRO | Jewelry Software, where they acted as the COO, overseeing the development of an ERP solution for jewelry manufacturing. In 2017, they co-founded Gelior and served as the CIO. István Kozma has a wide range of expertise in software development, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

István Kozma began their education in 1994 at Marton Aron theoretical highschool in Miercurea Ciuc, where they focused on mathematics. From 1997 to 2002, they attended Academia de Studii Economice din București, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Information Technology and Economics. István then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Technology - eBusiness from Academia de Studii Economice din București, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. In 2016, István Kozma obtained a certification in Project Management from the institution Agentia Nationala Pentru Calificari.
