Luiz Frias

Luiz Frias is an experienced data professional currently serving as the Head of Data & AI at Eneva since May 2024. Prior to this role, Luiz held the position of Data Science Manager at Linde, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and driving data-driven strategies through machine learning solutions. Luiz also worked as a Senior Data Scientist, focusing on advanced analytics to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Additionally, Luiz contributed to academia as a teacher at Instituto Infnet, instructing on topics such as Cluster Analysis and Natural Language Processing. Luiz's career includes positions at PwC Brasil, TWIST Systems, and CERN, along with a solid educational background consisting of a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Computing Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
