Tiago Rolon

Tiago Rolon has extensive experience in electrical power system operations, currently serving as Operador Sala de Controle III at Eneva since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tiago worked at Zopone Engenharia as Operador Pleno de C.O.T, where responsibilities included real-time operation of the power system using the SAGE system and remote supervision of substations. At State Grid Brazil Holding S.A., Tiago was an Operador do Centro de Transmissão, overseeing operations in the Sudoeste region. Previous positions also include work at Opersul and SENCO O&M, focusing on control and monitoring of hydroelectric plants, and an early career position at EGS-Ericsson Gestão e Serviços as a Técnico em Implantação. Tiago holds a degree in Técnico em Eletrônica with an emphasis on Telecommunications from Escola Técnica de Eletrônica "Francisco Moreira da Costa."
