Ambica J Nair

Ambica J Nair has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Ambica J started their career as a Chemical Engineer at Vivek Industries in 2014 and worked there for a year. Ambica J then worked as a Chemical Engineer at FMM (Ferrovial services and Qatar Airways JV) from June 2015 to July 2016. In 2017, Ambica joined USC Energy Institute as a Research Assistant, where they conducted research on Li-ion battery design and simulation, as well as quantifying Nitric acid production during diesel exhaust in a plasma flow reactor. Ambica J worked there until April 2018. Ambica joined Enevate Corporation in June 2018 as a Staff Scientist and later became a Staff Scientist 2 in September 2019. Ambica J is currently working as a Senior Staff Engineer at Enevate Corporation since October 2020. Additionally, Ambica has recently started working as the JEDI Project Director at the Volta Foundation since July 2022. Ambica J Nair completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Chemical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA.
