George Chen

VP, Business Development at Enevate

George Chen has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. George started their career in 1992 as a Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories, working in the Digital Communication Research Department. In 1997, they moved to Agere Systems, Lucent Technologies and AT&T Microelectronics, where they held the role of Senior Manager of Product Marketing. George then moved to Intersil in 2001, where they were Director of Business Development & Strategic Sales. In 2003, they joined Broadcom as Director of Mobile & Wireless Product Marketing and Business Development. In 2015, they joined Micron as Director of Worldwide Mobile Business Sales. Most recently, in 2016, they joined Enevate Corporation as Vice President of Business Development, leading business initiatives, market creation, deal negotiation and closing in customer and partnership engagements for the break-through new Li-ion battery technology into Electric Vehicles (EV).

George Chen received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, specializing in Digital Signal Processing. George also completed a Mini MBA program at the AT&T Business School in partnership with Tufts University.
