Kirk Shockley

Vice President Manufacturing Projects at Enevate

Kirk Shockley began their career in 1981 as a Supervisor at Union Carbide, where they rotated through different functional departments including Manufacturing, Materials Control, Recruiting and Human Resources. In 1991, they moved to Fuji Photo Film Co. Ltd. Japan as a Manufacturing Department Manager. In 1992, they joined Kemet Electronics as Vice President Integration and was responsible for corporate acquisition and integration activities. Kirk was then promoted to Vice President Film & Electrolytic Business Group, where they had full P&L responsibilities for the $270M Business Group headquartered in Bologna, Italy. In 2011, Shockley joined Global Solar Energy as COO and was responsible for Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Operations Systems, Planning, HSE and Advanced Programs. Finally, in 2013, they joined Enevate Corporation as Vice President Manufacturing Projects and was responsible for strategic high level Manufacturing Projects and Supply Chain related to Enevate’s Licensing Strategy.

Kirk Shockley attended Purdue University from 1976 to 1981, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management with a focus in Chemistry.
