Noel Whitley

Noel Whitley has over 20 years of work experience, beginning in 1990 as an Engineer at E-Systems. In 1996, they joined Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox as an Attorney. In 1999, they were an Attorney at Antonelli, Terry, Stout & Kraus, and also served as General Counsel at Prism Parallel Technologies. Noel then joined Broadcom Corporation in 2002 as Vice President of Intellectual Property. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Founder and President/CEO of Ladera Consulting, Inc., and from 2013 to 2019 they served as Vice President of Intellectual Property & Licensing at Netlist, Inc. Noel currently works as General Counsel at Enevate Corporation.

Noel Whitley completed their JD from The University of Texas School of Law between 1993 and 1996. Noel then went on to obtain an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1989 and 1990. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Texas A&M University.
