Sameer Rao

Sameer Rao has worked in various roles in the corporate world since 1995. Sameer started off as a VLSI Design Manager at Conexant Systems Inc. in 1995. In 2005, they took up the role of Marketing and Business Development at Moxair Inc. The following year, they worked as a Management Consultant at PRTM. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Sr. Manager Finance, Manufacturing and Operations and a Product Marketing and Program Manager, Power Management Unit at Broadcom Corporation, Inc. Sameer then moved to MaxLinear, Inc. where they worked as Senior Director of Finance and Treasurer from 2011 to 2016. Most recently, they have been working as the CFO at Enevate Corporation since 2016.

Sameer Rao holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, an MSEE in Nonlinear Optics and VLSI from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a BS in Electronics and Communications from Manipal Institute of Technology. Sameer also holds certifications in MBA and MSEE.
