Ben Vos

Ben Vos is an experienced leader in IT transformation and Agile methodologies, currently serving as the Head of Transformation Lean and Agile at Enexis Groep since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ben spent over a decade at ING, where responsibilities included managing the IT Agile Way of Working and IT Processes across global retail and wholesale banking sectors. With a strong focus on Agile and Lean principles, Ben has facilitated continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, overseeing complex IT teams and processes. Earlier experience includes managerial positions across various facets of IT operations, system management, and process coordination at ING Nederland and Nationale Nederlanden. Ben holds educational credentials from Avans Hogeschool Breda, with studies commencing in 1999 after completing foundational education at Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
