Jac Janssen

Jac Janssen has extensive experience in information analysis and ICT consultancy, currently serving as an Information Analyst and Scrum Master at Enexis since August 2011. Janssen's role involves supporting the Enabling Team Klantinteractie in enhancing customer interaction processes and integrating backend systems with online platforms. Previous positions include advising on ICT innovations aimed at improving customer engagement and serving as a UX Designer, where user research and the development of UX guidelines were key responsibilities. Prior to Enexis, Janssen worked as an Oracle EBS Functional Analyst at Eindhoven University of Technology, overseeing various Oracle modules and implementing critical projects. Early career experience includes developing ERP system modules at VDA for broadcasting organizations. Janssen holds a degree in Bestuurlijke Informatie Systemen from Hogeschool Zuyd.
