Mark Scholten

Mark Scholten is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master with a strong background in facilitating Agile methodologies within various organizations. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Enexis Groep, Mark supports two teams in the Finance value stream in a SAFe environment. Mark has held multiple roles across prominent companies, including releases as Release Train Engineer at Liberty Global and Scrum Master positions at Nederlandse Spoorwegen and Stedin. Mark's expertise encompasses backlog management, sprint planning, and agile estimation, helping teams achieve predictability and efficiency in their processes. With a Bachelor of Science in Technical Computer Science from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, Mark possesses a solid educational foundation to support a career focused on Agile transformation and coaching.
