Robert Panas

Senior Engineer, Special Projects at Enexor BioEnergy

Robert Panas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert began their career in the US Army, where they served in various leadership roles, including Brigade Plans Officer and Infantry Weapons Company Commander. Robert then transitioned to the corporate sector, working for Dal-Tile Corporation as a Process Engineer and later as a Plant Scheduler. In these roles, they established quality management systems, managed natural gas consumption, and achieved ISO9001:2015 certification for the plant. Most recently, Robert joined Enexor BioEnergy as a Production Manager and is currently serving as a Senior Engineer, Special Projects.

Robert Panas has a diverse education history. Robert obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Sustainability Studies from Lipscomb University between the years 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, in 2007, they participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Melbourne, where they pursued Chemical Engineering. From 2003 to 2007, Robert completed their Bachelor of Chemical Engineering at the University of Delaware. It is worth mentioning that they achieved a High School Diploma with honors from Mechanicsburg Area High School in 2003. During high school, their academic focus included AP History, AP Literature, AP Calculus, Architecture, and Psychology.

In addition, Robert Panas has obtained a certification as a LEED Green Associate from the USGBC in August 2018.
