Lee began their career as a Manager at ABB Impell Corporation in 1985, where they were responsible for non-nuclear business segments. Later, they were the President of The Bentley Company, a multi-discipline engineering/architectural/management firm providing energy, power, and commercial engineering services to utility, industrial, and commercial customers. Subsequently, Lee worked with the global energy and energy services company, Enron Corporation, in the role of Senior Vice President of Enron Energy Services. In 2000, they became the Managing Member of Rubicon Ventures, an early investor in several ventures. In 2011, they became a Lead Investor at S-RAM Dynamics, a privately funded energy technology development company, and also founded Enexor BioEnergy in 2017, a company that provides on-site, renewable energy solutions deriving value from organic waste, and now serves as its Founder and CEO. Recently, they became a Founder and Board Member of Enexor Health Systems in 2020. Throughout their career, Lee has negotiated several sales and acquisitions of companies.
Lee Jestings earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Structural Engineering, from the University of Arizona. Lee also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
