Fran Ali

Fran Ali is founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ENFA Corporation; a woman owned Virginia based company that provides specialized Business Management, Finance, Engineering, and Information Technology (IT) services that provides a comprehensive set of technical and management capabilities to address the full spectrum of the government needs.

She is responsible for strategic direction and sustainable growth for ENFA by developing and evaluating projects, planning for new business, and making short-term and long-term decisions for the business.

Fran has over 18 years’ experience in hands-on management of all facets of full-cycle accounting and finance operations including financial reporting and analyses, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, bid and proposal, tax planning, customer and vendor negotiations, contracts, compliance and human resources. Drive desired outcomes throughout the organization by identifying processes and benchmarks that highlight performance and encourage accountability: staff reporting matrices, staff utilization, pricing analyses, revenue realization, sales backlog and pipeline, rolling forecasts. She has successful records at implementing new processes in a collaborative, team-building manner.

Prior to founding ENFA Corporation, Fran worked as a senior advisor to ENC Strategy CEO on diverse financial and operational issues including process improvement, staff composition, and company-wide messaging and presentations.

Previously Fran worked as an accounting and financial manager for E&F Company, Orbital Science Corporation, and Wunna Contracting Corporation and built strong relationships with colleagues and customers, and manage projects to effective, on-time outcomes.

Formerly Fran worked as a software engineer/developer were she designed and implemented numerous web based applications.

Fran has a Master of Science in Professional Accounting and Finance with concentration in Information System. She also has Bachelor’s Science in Software Engineering.
