Enfinite

Founded in 2018, Enfinite is a privately held, technology-focused company engaged in the acquisition, development, and operation of renewable energy storage assets. To date, we have acquired and constructed generation facilities capable of generating 74 MW of energy primarily through produced gas and waste heat recovery. We are simultaneously developing an exciting network of energy storage facilities intended to complement the increasing development of intermittent renewable resources. When completed, the eReserve program will be capable of instantaneously dispatching 180 MW of energy into the system to be used for greater grid. Enfinite's operation commenced through the acquisition of all substantial power generating assets from an Alberta based, mid-sized power generation operator. Our team has subsequently acquired additional operating assets in B.C. and Saskatchewan. To date, we have acquired or constructed 74 MW of power generating facilities with an additional 60 MW currently under development. Enfinite facilities store and generate electricity and our electrical generation assets utilize produced gas, sales gas and waste heat produced by large midstream, exploration and production companies. Our battery energy storage systems facilitate the delivery of sustainable energy, renewable generation smoothing, system voltage and capacity support, as well as grid frequency regulation. Enfinite mandate is to acquire or construct power generating assets which provide providing stable, long-term cash flows for our investors. We focus on deploying capital that provides innovative and sustainable solutions in the power sector. Enfinite employs sophisticated, market-leading business Intelligence strategies and analytic technologies to deliver predictive maintenance and automation processes for our assets and environments. Our operations leverage cloud technology to reduce overall operating costs while delivering superior operational uptime on our assets.
