Kaushal Pandey

Kaushal Pandey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability (HSE & ESG) across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as General Manager & Head of QHSE at Enfinity Global since April 2025, Kaushal manages HSE and Quality functions for a significant portfolio of solar and wind projects in India. Prior to this role, Kaushal held the position of General Manager at BluSmart, overseeing HSE and ESG for operations involving over 8000 electric vehicles. Previous experiences include Deputy General Manager at Tata Motors, Chief HSE & Sustainability Manager at Sterlite Power, and EHS Incharge at Larsen & Toubro Limited. Kaushal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Roorkee and is pursuing an MBA from Manipal University Jaipur, along with possessing advanced diplomas and certifications in Occupational Health & Safety.
