Lorena Cardenas

Lorena Cardenas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lorena began their career in 2015 with Montage Hotels & Resorts, where they participated in the W&T Program from December 2015 to April 2016. Lorena then moved on to Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, where they held various positions including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Talent Acquisition Assistant from June 2016 to April 2022. Lorena joined Laureate Education, Inc. in May 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Analyst and worked until October 2022. Currently, they are employed as an HR Generalist at Enfinity Global since December 2022.

Lorena Cardenas has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Lima. Lorena is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources & Talent Management from EAE Business School, which they will complete in 2023. Lorena also participated in an exchange program at KU Leuven, where they studied Psychology. Additionally, they completed specialized courses in HR Analytics, Design Thinking, Excel Avanzado (Advanced Excel), and Transformación Digital (Digital Transformation) from Postgrado UPC and the National University of Engineering.
