Chenna Joga has extensive experience in program and project management. Chenna is currently serving as the Head of PMO / Dayforce Practice Manager at Enforce Consulting. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Project Management Consultant, where they provided consulting services for various projects.
Chenna also worked as a Senior EPMO Project Manager at Santander Consumer USA, where they were responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects. Before that, they served as a Senior Project Manager at HealthSmart, where they successfully led and delivered projects.
Chenna gained valuable experience as an IT Program Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group, where they played a key role in the development and implementation of a unified data warehouse project. Chenna was also a part of the Business Alliance Management Team at AT&T, where they managed the BIDW Program Alliance, which aimed to merge multiple data warehouses into a single, user-friendly repository.
Chenna holds an MBA and an MSc degree, and they are certified in various project management methodologies, including PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, and CSM. Chenna consistently demonstrated their skills and expertise in managing complex projects throughout their career.
Chenna Joga holds an MBA degree from The University of Dallas, which was obtained between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Alabama. Chenna completed their bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution.
In addition to their formal education, Chenna Joga has also obtained several certifications. Chenna holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in April 2012. Chenna also has the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the same institution, obtained in February 2017. In November 2013, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master (P.S.M.) certification from Scrum.org.
Chenna Joga has further enhanced their skills through additional certifications. In February 2019, they completed the Leading Ethical Change certification from The University of Dallas. Chenna also holds the Agile Project Leadership certification from LinkedIn, obtained in November 2021, and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers certification from LinkedIn, obtained in August 2020.
