Matias Kantele

Matias Kantele has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Matias'smost recent role is as an Engineering Team Lead at Enfuce, starting from October 2023. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Manager at Supermetrics, leading a team of 2 developers and a product manager. At Supermetrics, Matias focused on developing internal tooling, managing service integrations, and automating business processes. From 2021 to 2023, they served as an Engineering Manager at Smartly.io. Before that, they worked at Siili Solutions as a Tribe Leader from 2016 to 2021 and as a Software Developer from 2015 to 2016. Matias also has experience as a Software Developer at Avaus Consulting from 2011 to 2015. In the earlier stages of their career, they worked as a Security Guard at ISS Security Services and as a Storage Worker at Staffpoint Oy.

Matias Kantele attended Aalto University from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied at Maunulan yhteiskoulu ja Helsingin matematiikkalukio from 2003 to 2006. Matias also obtained several certifications: SAFe 4.0 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2017, Certified Scrum Product Owner® from Scrum Alliance in December 2016, and Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance in January 2016.
