Janice O'Neill

Janice O'Neill is the Managing Director and Global Head of Talent Development at Enfusion since 2022, previously serving as Executive Director in the same role. Prior to this, Janice held significant positions at Cushman & Wakefield from 2015 to 2021, including SVP, Global Head of Talent Management and Diversity, overseeing talent processes for a 54,000-person organization. Janice also served as Sr. Managing Director, Head of NA Talent Management, focusing on integration planning post-merger of DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield. Earlier experience includes Managing Director, Global Head of Talent Management at KCG and Managing Director, Learning and Development at Knight Capital Group. Janice holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Marketing from The Wharton School.
