Jeff Young

Jeff Young is currently the Global Head of Client Onboarding at Enfusion. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer - Post Trade Technology at Citadel LLC from April 2017 to March 2020. In this role, they managed workforce planning, budgets, project management, training, vendor management, legal, contracts and financial control functions for engineering teams across Chicago, New York, Dallas, London and Hong Kong. The department was responsible for all post-trade, operations and accounting technology for Citadel hedge fund and market-making units.

Prior to their role as Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Young served as the Director of Account Management - Citadel Technology (CTECH) from October 2014 to December 2017. In this role, they led account management, product development, tech support and PMO functions for internal FinTech subsidiary licensing Citadel’s proprietary investment management technology (Omnium) to 3rd party hedge funds, institutional asset managers and hedge fund administrators.

Before their time at Citadel LLC, Jeff Young served as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Nuveen Investments from January 2011 to October 2014.

Jeff Young completed their Bachelor of Science at Miami University in Decision Science & Marketing. Jeff then went on to get their Certified Financial Planner Certificate from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Jeff also has a Claritas Certificate from the CFA Institute and is a Series 99 - Operations Professional (2014) from FINRA.

They work with Lorelei Skillman - Chief Marketing Officer, Blake Nielsen - Executive Director, General Counsel, and Bronwen Bastone - Chief People Officer. Jeff Young reports to Thomas Kim, CEO.
