Lakshmi Satyavarpu

Lakshmi Satyavarpu is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Executive Director and India Head of HR at Enfusion since November 2022, Lakshmi previously held the position of Director - Talent Management and Business Partners at Morningstar India Pvt Ltd from June 2014 to November 2022, overseeing senior business partners and talent management professionals to enhance employee engagement and organizational outcomes. Earlier roles include Director - Human Resources at Morningstar India and Head of Human Resources at Clover Infotech Pvt. Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR functions including talent acquisition, development, and employee lifecycle management.
