Oscar (Chip) Armstrong is an accomplished technology leader with a diverse background in product development and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Product and Engineering at ENG Aviation Inc., Chip is a founding team member who successfully led a team of software and QA engineers to deliver a minimum viable product under tight deadlines. Chip has also co-founded Harbor and previously held the position of Vice President of Technology at OpTic Gaming, where strategic technology integration enhanced digital capabilities. As the founder of Botisimo, a SaaS platform for streamers and content creators, Chip scaled the business from inception to successful exit. With extensive experience as a developer and technical leader across various companies, including Vega, Infocyte, and Send Technology, Chip possesses a robust skill set in full-stack development and innovative technology solutions. Chip holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from the University of North Texas.
