Colin Flanders has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Colin began their career in 2007 at Eng Flanders Group, Inc., where they worked as an Implementation Specialist, providing support for implementation projects for Property Management Accounting software consulting. Colin managed large quantities of data input for software migration projects and assisted with various tasks related to software implementations. In 2010, they were promoted to the role of Accounting Manager, where they developed and oversaw outsourced accounting services for property management companies. Colin developed customized accounting policies and procedures for each client and oversaw accounts receivable/payable, financial reporting, and monthly/annual processes. In 2017, Colin transitioned into the role of an Implementation Project Manager, where they managed active client projects for property management accounting software consulting. Colin allocated resources, oversaw project budgets and time frames, and implemented large-scale software solutions, modules, and data migrations. Colin also managed a team of junior accountants, provided mentoring, and recorded all accounting entries and prepared budgets for various corporate entities. In 2019, Colin joined HighPoint Capital as a Staff Accountant, where they performed accounting operations for the asset management company. Colin assisted with the management and mentoring of junior accountants, recorded all accounting entries, and prepared budgets for corporate entities. Currently, Colin serves as the Director of Accounting Services at Eng Flanders Group, Inc., a position they have held since 2023. In this role, they oversee the implementation, support, and training of property management accounting software, coordinating with various stakeholders and managing project resources, schedules, budgets, and time frames. Additionally, Colin has managerial experience as the Manager at EFG Management, Inc., where they ran all operations of a small property management company, including coordinating maintenance and leasing agents and handling accounting and financial reporting.

Colin Flanders has a comprehensive education history. Colin began their academic journey in 2014 at Los Angeles Pierce College, where they pursued a degree in Business/Managerial Economics. Colin successfully obtained their Associate of Science (AS) degree from this institution in 2018.

Following this, Colin continued their educational pursuits at California State University, Northridge, commencing in 2018. During their time at this university, they focused their studies on Accounting and worked towards attaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in this field. Colin'sundergraduate studies were completed in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Colin holds a certification in Bloomberg Market Concepts, which they obtained from Bloomberg LP in December 2021.
