Holly Gerber

Holly Gerber is a programming specialist at Eng Flanders Group. Holly has also worked as a software support manager at RPM Living from April 2019 to February 2022, where they were responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting reports and data using ySQL, YSR, SSRS tools in Yardi.

As the manager of acquisition build-out and disposition deactivation in Yardi, Gerber communicated closely with the Transitions/DD team, including attending daily stand-ups with Operational teams to track progress of acquisition and disposition deals. Holly also imported data via ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and Y2Y (Yardi-to-Yardi) services in Voyager.

Some of Gerber's key project contributions include scoping, testing, implementing, and supporting the automation of Bank Reconciliation (ABR) for the Accounting team, Positive Pay for the Accounting team, and monthly Accounting close for the full portfolio across multiple dates. Holly also set up Voyager Tasks to automate late fee posting for the full portfolio, to account for time zone differences. Additionally, Gerber implemented changes to the Y2Y conversion process to ensure residents would not need to sign up for online payment during an internal property code transition. Finally, they began the Salesforce rollout for acquisition/disposition tracking (specific to IT team).

Holly Gerber has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Studio Art from the University of Pittsburgh. Holly also has a Master of Public Administration in Urban Affairs and Planning from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA). Holly also has a dual enrollment with high school from Shenango campus at Penn State University. Holly also has their high school diploma from Hickory High School in Hermitage, PA. Holly is certified from Green Business Certification, Inc. in LEED Green Associate and is certified from Urban Science in Dealer Network Apprentice. Holly is also certified from The George Washington University in Electric Vehicles Master.

Their manager is Gaelan Flanders, VP of Technology. They work with and Garrett Schnitzler - Senior Programming Specialist.
