Maximilien Lair has a background in nuclear engineering and maintenance, with experience at companies like Engage, Egis, SNCF, and Royal Service. Maximilien has worked in various roles such as Quality Engineer, Project Manager Support Engineer, and Integration Engineer. Maximilien's education includes a degree in Nuclear Engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a BTS degree in Systems Maintenance from Lycée Jacquard.
Engage
ENGAGE history started in 2010. When ENGAGE signed Architect Engineering contract for the design and construction of buildings and site infrastructure of nuclear project ITER in Cadarache, France. Since that time ENGAGE assist the Fusion for Energy during the entire construction process, from the detailed design plans to project completion and sign-off, as regards the ITER buildings, the site infrastructures and power supply distribution. ENGAGE more than just a company, it is an engineering multicultural consortium. Four European companies make up ENGAGE SNC: Assystem (France), Atkins (UK), Empresarios Agrupados (Spain) and EGIS (France). Day by day we are creating civil infrastructure and buildings for ITER project. Nowadays our building volume is 750 000 m3. We are responsible for engineering, procurement & construction management activities from design to commissioning including planning, architectural issues and nuclear safety.
