Harley Babcock

Harley Babcock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Project Manager at Engage Contracting Inc. since December 2019, Harley previously worked as a consultant from 2017 to December 2019. Prior to that, Harley was the CEO and Director of Administration at BLACKMARKET from May 2014 to September 2017. Harley's legal experience includes positions as an attorney at Meacham & Babcock, PLLC from February 2012 to July 2014, and as a judicial law clerk at Bonneville County from June 2010 to February 2012. Harley holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Brigham Young University.
