Heather’s professional career began in retail where she quickly advanced to numerous management positions. A results-driven individual, Heather possesses a diverse background in managing people, customer service, scheduling, planning, and safety. In November 2021 Heather joined ENGAGE CPAs as Executive Office Manager. Her main focus as EOM is to communicate directly with clients on behalf of their staff as well as handle firm scheduling, maintain and update our CRM software, and lead their social media engagement.
