Gemma Rushworth

Gemma Rushworth (Davies) is the Client Services & Operations Director at Engage Digital Partners, overseeing operations, client services, content hub & audience development, and the design studio. With a background in production, project management, human resources, finance, and operations, Gemma has managed major client projects, budgets, office operations, and recruitment processes. Prior to her current role, she worked at Sky as a Co-Producer, Sub-Editor, and Junior Sub-Editor at Sky Sports News HQ. Gemma has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language from Newcastle University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire.
