Aarthi Jay (Aarthi Mangala) hailing from South India, who takes care of strategic partnership and operations, is the joker card of the EngagelQ deck. She started as a Customer Representative and progressed to Sales & Community Management, and sees no stone unturned whenever a task is entrusted to her and ensures best practices and compliance. With a positive smiling outlook she loves to be innovative and creative when finding solutions with a practical approach and supports clients, crew, her family and friends to have the best possible experience in life. She was running a Media Production company in India. She came out as the best outgoing student of Madras Christian College with bachelor degree in Visual Communication and now pursuing her Master's in Business Administration.
