Paul McClatchie is a seasoned recruitment professional and founder of Engage People Recruitment, a specialist firm dedicated to aligning businesses in Ireland with top financial talent since May 2016. With extensive experience in the recruitment sector, Paul previously served as Director at CPL, managing the Financial & Legal Division, and held roles at Parker Bridge and Reed as Senior Consultant and Team Lead, respectively. Paul also contributed as President of the St. Andrew's College Alumni from November 2016 to November 2018. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Waterford Institute of Technology and is CIPD qualified.
