Amna Usmani, PMP/ CSM, has had a diverse range of work experiences in various roles and industries. Amna began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Beaconhouse National University, where they assisted senior advisors and professors in design studios and theory classes. Amna then worked as an Assistant Manager Design at Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd. and as an Assistant Manager Architecture at Qadri Associates, where they supervised teams, resolved design issues, and handled communication with stakeholders.

Amna's project management experience includes being a Project Manager at Maaksons (Pvt) Ltd., where they successfully managed multiple contracts simultaneously and implemented cost-saving measures. Amna also worked as a Project Control Manager at Huawei, where they oversaw project control activities.

Amna then transitioned to a Program Manager role at Jonar, where they managed programs and projects effectively.

Currently, Amna works as a Project Manager at Engage People Inc., where they apply their project management skills and expertise.

Amna Usmani, PMP/CSM, has a diverse education background. In 2005-2010, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. Following that, from 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology. In 2020, Amna attended Harvard Business School, where they obtained a Diploma of Education in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Amna has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in 2022, they attained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Lastly, Amna holds a certification in Contract Management from the Pakistan Institute of Management, which they acquired in 2015.
