Engage Performance partners with MedTech and life sciences manufacturers operating in high-speed, highly automated, regulated production environments.

We specialise in unlocking hidden capacity through rapid, sustainable mean output uplift.

Our work is focused on constrained, growth-critical sites where additional throughput directly translates into revenue, gross profit and enterprise value expansion.

Representative impact includes:

• 15–50%+ sustained output improvement within 3–6 months
• $2MM–$50MM+ annualised profitability impact per site
• Capacity expansion without new lines
• Retirement of legacy assets
• 5:1 to >100:1 Year 1 ROI

Our approach combines deep shop-floor engagement, rigorous performance insight and hands-on optimisation of complex automated production systems to elevate output while embedding durable internal capability.

We deliberately partner with a small number of organisations during pivotal growth and capacity inflection points.
