Richard Coffin

Richard Coffin MBA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering trials and logistics management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Engage Technical Solutions Ltd since February 2023, Richard has successfully planned and managed complex engineering trials while collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including governmental and military entities. Previously, Richard held various roles in the British Army from January 2016 to February 2022, including Logistics Manager and Health and Safety Advisor, where management of multimillion-pound military equipment transport and engagement with customs officials were key responsibilities. Richard also served as a Project/Operations Manager, establishing a Reserve Infantry Company, and as a Communication and Negotiation Instructor, offering expertise in high-threat operational deployments. Education includes an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The Open University, a BA in Leadership and Management from Northumbria University, and a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership from the University of Brighton’s School of Business and Law.
