Jack Wiley has a diverse range of work experience spanning several decades. Jack is currently a Board Member at the Honeywell Foundation since November 2021. In March 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Employee Centricity LLC, where they focus on creating employee-centric workplaces. Previously, they served as the Chief Scientific Officer at Engage2Excel from August 2015. Jack also founded their own company, Jack Wiley Consulting, LLC, in August 2013, where they served as the President and CEO, helping executive teams improve employee performance. Prior to that, they were a Professor of Psychology at Manchester University from August 2014 to July 2021. Jack Wiley has also held executive positions at Kenexa, where they were the President of the High Performance Institute from August 2006 to July 2013. Additionally, they served on the Board of Directors for the Human Resource Planning Society from October 2006 to October 2010. Before their roles at Kenexa, they founded and led Gantz Wiley Research as the President and CEO from December 1986 to August 2006, focusing on employee and customer survey systems. Jack Wiley began their career at Control Data Corporation, where they served as the Director of Organizational Research from June 1981 to November 1986. Jack also worked as the Director of Personnel Research and Planning at the National Bank of Detroit from September 1979 to June 1981.

Jack Wiley completed their education with a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1974 to 1978. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in English and Psychology from DePauw University, where they studied from 1970 to 1974. Jack's secondary education took place at Wabash High School from 1967 to 1970. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including an Organization Development Certificate from the University of Minnesota in December 2017, the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in July 2017, and the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) accreditation from the Personnel Accreditation Institute in December 1986. Furthermore, they are a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Minnesota since December 1986.
